The ideal candidate will have experience in the Human Resources area and will maximize advertising sales potential, through the development of quality business relationships with hiring managers.
This position requires a heavy amount of prospecting and lead-development with local and regional businesses.

You will be selling a digital hiring solution to your customers with a regional, statewide and national footprint.
Responsibilities include: Consistently meets/exceeds revenue goals.
Develops relationships with HR departments throughout West Texas to sell and promote Texas Back to Work.
Delivering customized sales presentations in person, or by phone/web-demos Be the face of the Midland Reporter-Telegram and ensure a superior customer experience The Ideal Candidate: Experience within Human Resources or Employment Agency is preferred.
