WORKFORCE PROGRAM SPECIALIST Accepting applications for the position of Workforce Program
Specialist. Position is responsible for monitoring and quality
assurance activities for compliance with federal/state regulations
and local policies; providing training and/or technical assistance;
and coordinating the development and implementation of local
policies. Minimum qualifications: Graduation from an accredited
four-year college or university with major course work in a relevant field is preferred.
Two years of full-time experience in eligibility
determination, social service work, workforce development, or
interpretation of policies in a public or private enterprise.
One semester (15 semester hours) of accredited college may be
substituted for each six months of required experience.
Knowledge of federal and state workforce development
program design and operation preferred.

A bachelor’s degree in social/human service or related field and a minimum of two years’ experience with the non-profit community or social/health services agencies in the Permian Basin.
